Start your week right by joining Emily Warrior Yoga, in the serene surroundings of Southside's former church, for a blissful 60 minute yoga class designed to reduce aches and pains, improve mobility, strength and flexibility of the whole body as well as calming the mind and releasing stress, helping you to wind down, preparing you for the week ahead.
For your information:
- Class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
- Recommended to bring your own mat and equipment, although there are some available if you are unable to do so.
- Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before class is due to start.
- Hall has underfloor heating during the colder months to ensure you stay nice and warm during the class.
Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact Emily at emilywarrioryoga@outlook.com at least 3 hours before the class is due to begin. Any cancelations made with less than 3 hours notice will not be refunded but can be rescheduled.
