Join Emily Warrior for a beautiful 60 minute, midweek, Pilates class designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture and enhance mental awareness.
For your information;
- Class is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
- Recommended to bring your own mat and equipment.
- Please make sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before class is due to start.
- FREE parking available and water, tea and coffee facilities included.
- Hall is heated with additional underfloor heating to ensure you stay nice and warm during the class.
To cancel or reschedule please contact Emily at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 3 hours before the class is due to begin. Any cancelations made with less than 3 hours notice will not be refunded but can be rescheduled.
