Social Sew SOLD OUT

Come join your hosts Vicki and Kay for a fabulous day of sewing and socialising at Southside!

You may already recognise Vicki from the most recent Great British Sewing Bee (2023), and Kay from the Fabric Corner in Lincoln.

This in-person event welcomes all sewists; beginners through to  seasoned enthusiasts. It's the perfect opportunity to come and meet like-minded individuals in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you'll feel right at home as you work on your latest projects.

We'll provide the space, tables, and chairs, so all you need to bring is your own sewing machine, creativity and a project to work on. Don't forget to pack your favorite fabric, patterns, and notions!

There is an optional add-on to have afternoon tea provided on the day by the lovely Craftea Cafe. This is £12.50 per person. Standard, vegetarian or gluten free options available, all of which consist of Finger Sandwhiches, fruit scone, mini quiche, mini rasperberry and lemon loaf, chocolate brownies and mini victoria sponge. There is also a vegan option including finger sandwhiches, fruit scone, mini vegan tomato and cheese tart, raspberry and lemon loaf, chocolate brownie and mini victoria sponge, YUM!!

Parking is FREE for this event and is available at Southside's larger South Common car park. The entrance is via the gate beside the Bernadette House sign (LN5 8EW) on South Park.
