About the event
As part of Lincoln's Book Festival 2024 Audrey Golden, the author of ‘I Thought I Heard You Speak’: Women at Factory Records (White Rabbit Books), and Jane Savidge, co-founder and head of legendary PR company Savidge & Best, widely credited as being one of the main instigators of the Britpop movement, represented Suede & Pulp, and the author of the recent 33/1/3 title ‘This Is Hardcore’ take to Southside's stage for one night only!
In an evening of two halves both will be chatting to Guy Mankowski (author of the Zer0 Books title 'Albion’s Secret History: Snapshots of England’s Pop Rebels and Outsiders') about musical scenes, eras and movements that left a vivid and indelible impression.
