Dog Friendly
All well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the venue and to events, apart from standing live music gigs.

Parking
We have two carparks available:
- Limited on-site car park
- Larger car park opposite
(edge of South Common across the road from the venue)

Parking availability will be specific to each event. Please check the event listing for more information on car park availability.

We encourage you to travel to us on foot or via public transport where possible. Where this is not possible, other limited unrestricted car parking is available in the surrounding areas, however please respect our neighbours and park sensibly if doing so.

Please email at least 48 hours in advance, if you are a Disabled badge holder, to reserve a space in our on-site car park.
Ticketing
All tickets for our Southside events may be purchased from our 'What's On' page. If you are having trouble buying tickets, please email hello@southsidelincs.com.

If the event that you were going to attend is cancelled by the venue, you are entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket. This does not include any booking fees that you may have incurred.

Ticket prices may vary in advance to on the door.

If you require the support of a carer or companion during your visit to Southside, complimentary tickets are available. Please contact us in advance via e-mail to book.
Licence
Southside is licensed to service alcohol and play recorded music until 23:00, however we choose to operate a strict 22:30 sound curfew due to being located in a residential area.
Please note: these times may be extended with a temporary events licence.
Loading
Load-in for all events may be done from our on-site car park, or load in bay from Colegrave Street by arrangement. Load-in times may vary from per event, but typically 2 hours before the event start time.

Accessibility
Our venue is wheelchair accessible throughout all spaces and facilities (not including the Amie Slavin Hall stage).

If an event is advertised as standing and you require a chair due to a Disability or injury, please speak to a member of staff who will be very happy to help.
​
Baby changing facilities available via our Accessible toilet, and pram-friendly access throughout the venue.
Cash / Card
The venue accepts both cash and card throughout.

Please note: All ticketing is currently online, other than when tickets are available on the door. On the door ticket availability will be specific to each event, please check the event listing, social media updates, or email us for more information.
Tech Specifications
Our two venue spaces feature a full PA system with a mixing desk and stage microphones. If you require audio assistance for your event, please email hello@southsidelincs.com and we will provide our in-house sound engineer.
Age Restrictions
All events are suitable for 12+.
Ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
No ID? No entry, sorry!

Food & Drink
Only food/drink purchased here at Southside can be consumed on the premises.
Anyone found consuming their own food/drink after a warning will be asked to vacate the premises.

Southside has a fully stocked bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a snack selection and a lite bites menu at selected events.
