  • Tickets for all events can be purchased from our ‘Events’ tab.

  • You can buy tickets upon your arrival, providing the event has not sold out.

    Please note: OTD ticket prices may be higher than purchasing in advance to account for third-party booking fees.

  • Doors will open at the specified time on your ticket, the event listing accessed via the ‘Events’ tab above. For the majority of our shows, the first act will typically begin 30 minutes after the doors open.

  • There is no set age restriction at Southside. However, we have a varying minimum age limit for certain events. For example: most of our live music shows are 14+ with ages 16 and under to be accompanied by an adult. Please check the event listing on our ‘Events’ tab for clarity.

  • On site parking is reserved for Blue Badge holders, private bookings, performers, or event organisers. Please contact us in advance of your visit to reserve a space.

    For large events, we may arrange car parking across the road from Southside, on the South Common.

  • Our venue is wheelchair accessible throughout all areas and facilities (not including The Auditorium’s stage).

    If an event is advertised as standing and you require a chair, please speak to a member of staff via email or telephone, in advance of your arrival, who will be very happy to help.​​

    We will improve deaf and disabled people’s access to live music by working with Attitude Is Everything. In addition to partnering with audiences, artists and the music industry.  

  • Southside has a variety of standing and seated shows. Access seating for a standing shows may be arranged in advance of the show by contacting hello@southsidelincs.com. Access seats must remain at the side of the room during a standing show for Healthy and Safety reasons. Due to this, unfortunately we cannot guarantee an unobstructed view of the stage.

  • Yes. within the Box Office. We charge £2.00 per item.

  • If you think you’ve left an item behind, please contact us via email - hello@southsidelincs.com.

  • Well behaved dogs on leads are permitted at seated events and markets unless specified otherwise.

    If you plan to bring your furry friend to the venue, please ensure that:

    • you assess whether it is appropriate to do so (e.g. if they are anxious or reactive then it probably is not)

    • you clean up after them, inside or out

    • ask a member of staff for water

    • take your dog outside if they are being disruptive

  • Southside is a great venue to host a wedding reception. We offer a wide variety of bespoke options.

    Please note: Southside is not formally licensed for civil marriages so cannot perform the official ceremony.

  • In addition to the timings specific to an event, our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

  • Yes, you can hire Southside for a variety of events or activities. Please see our ‘Hire’ page for more information.
