ACCESSIBILITY

STANDING EVENTS

Southside hosts a variety of events, a lot of which are standing only. A limited number of chairs can be provided for those with accessible needs with prior arrangement. For safety reasons, chairs must be positioned around the edge of the event space. We always endeavour to give all of our customers an equally special experience, however in some instances we currently cannot guarantee an unobstructed view of the stage.

To book access seating please contact hello@southsidelincs.com no later that 24 hours prior to the event to guarantee a seat.

WHEELCHAIR USERS

Southside has step-free access from street level and throughout our event spaces. If you are a wheelchair user and wish to attend a standing event, please contact us prior to the show.

CARER TICKETS

If you require the support of a carer or companion during your visit to Southside, complimentary tickets are available. Please contact us in advance via to book.

ASSISTANT DOGS

Assistant dogs are welcome at Southside. Please note that high capacity events may not be suitable for assistant dogs, so please contact us if you are unsure.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS

Southside one accessible/gender neutral/baby changing toilet, which is located down the corridor in between our two Auditoriums.
