Finding Us
On-site parking is reserved for those with accessibility requirements, private bookings, or performers. Please contact us in advance of your visit to reserve a space.
For large events, we arrange car parking across the road from Southside, on the edge of the South Common.

Bus
Southside is easily accessible by local buses 13, 15 and 16 from Lincoln Central Bus Station, Hykeham and Bracebridge Heath to Tealby Street or South Common.

Train
Lincoln Central Train Station is a 10 minute taxi ride or a 20 minute walk away.

Bike
Outdoor bike racks are available for use at your own risk.

Accessibility
Southside is committed to making the venue accessible to all so that they can enjoy the whole programme. We always try to accommodate access needs to the best of our ability, within the constraints of our historic building whilst adhering to health and safety regulations. Do not hesitate to contact us prior to your visit so that we can accommodate for your needs.

We will improve deaf and disabled people’s access to live music by working with Attitude Is Everything. In Addition to partnering with audiences, artists and the music industry.

All toilets are located on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair or pram. Disabled and pram access to all of our public spaces is via our car park, accessed from Colegrave Street.

Lost Property
If you think you may have left an item at the venue, please get in touch with details of the date you attended the venue and a description of the missing item. If the lost item is found, we will arrange a time with you to collect it in person.

Toilets
The men’s toilets contain two cubicles and four urinals, the women’s toilets contain four cubicles. There is also one accessible/gender neutral/baby changing toilet. All of which are located down the corridor in between our two venue halls.

Smoking and E-cigarettes
Smoking and electronic cigarettes, or other similar devices, are not permitted inside the venue. There is a designated smoking area in the car park.
