GURT - 06.09.26
Started with 4 lads wanting to make some bloody awful noise, and that they did. Made up of Growth, Jbob, Simo and Iron Fist, sharing a love of bands like EyeHateGod, Weedeater, Down, Crowbar, Iron Monkey and all things sludgy, GURT have been responsible for sore necks in and around London since 2010 and take no greater pleasure than hearing new fans claim they "don't usually like metal" at the end of a gig.
Some say their wide appeal is no surprise, given the diverse mix of influences and experiences they pull together from previous bands. GURT take the blues and groove of 70s rock and drags it backwards through the swamps of Louisiana. The drums are thunderous, the vocals demonic, the guitars down-tuned, down-tempo and down-right sexy. This is not doom, this is not sludge - THIS IS GURT.

SUNLINER are a punk rock band from Leeds, UK. Having toured the world and released highly acclaimed albums as “Jake & The Jellyfish”, J&TJ have changed their name to reflect the natural progression of their music. SUNLINER are gruff, sing-a-long punk rock with folk and hardcore influences and intimate, personal yet relatable lyrics FFO Hot Water Music and Against Me!. With tours with Red City Radio, shows with Nothington, H2O, Dave Hause, Laura Stevenson, The Skints and slots at FEST (Florida), Punk Rock Holiday, Mighty Sounds, Bearded Theory and Kendal Calling they have really carved their foot-hold in the punk rock scene.
SAM RUSSO, long defined by his singular voice and quietly defiant songwriting, Russo continues to chart his own course, never chasing trends, always reaching for something honest. Hold You Hard, his fourth full-length release with Red Scare Industries, finds him expanding his sound with a full band: Chris Stockings (guitar), Josh Hurrell (bass), and Matt Walrond (drums). Together, they explore themes of distance, desire, and dislocation, drawing on imagery that drifts between the wheat fields of East Anglia and the faded romance of American coastlines.
